1. Moisture: The moisture content of fermentation raw materials should be controlled at 60 ≤ 65%. Moisture judgment: the less the fermentation water, the worse the water permeability, which will also lead to the work of saprophytic bacteria and produce odor. Grasp the material, look at the watermark without dropping, and the dropping points should be properly dispersed.

2. 4. Add fungi: 1kg of starter can ferment about 10t of sludge+cow dung. Add 30% - 50% cow dung, rice straw powder, peanut shell powder, mushroom residue, rice husk, sawdust and other organic substances, and adjust the ventilation according to the weight ratio. If rice husk and sawdust are added, the fermentation time should be caused by high cellulose lignin.
