, material selection is the core. When selecting materials, pay attention to the hardness of materials. The harder the material, the more difficult it is to crush, and the more serious the damage to the equipment. The crushing speed is slow and the natural crushing capacity is small.
, the humidity of the material is the key, that is, when the moisture content of the material is high, the material is easy to adhere to the organic fertilizer crushing equipment, and it is also easy to block and transport during the discharge process, resulting in a decrease in crushing capacity. Therefore, the water content should be reduced as much as possible before crushing to make the crusher work better.
3. The fineness of the crushed material is required to be higher, that is, the finer the crushed material is, the smaller the crushing capacity is.
, the composition of broken materials. The more fine powder contained in the material before crushing, the greater the damage to crushing, because those fine powders are very easy to adhere to, endangering transportation. If the fine powder content is high, it should be screened in advance.
, material viscosity: the greater the viscosity of the material, the easier it is to adhere.
, the better the wear resistance of organic fertilizer crushing equipment, the greater the working capacity. If it is not wear-resistant, it will jeopardize the crushing ability.
