When this happens, the feeding gate should be reduced or closed immediately, or the feeding mode can be changed, and the feeding quantity can be controlled by increasing the feeder. 2. The discharging pipe of the crusher is not smooth or the feeding pipe is blocked too fast, which will block the air outlet of the crusher. The improper matching of crusher and conveying equipment will result in the weakening of air in the discharge pipeline or the blockage after no wind. After finding out the breakdown of the crusher, the conveyor port should be cleared first, the unmatched conveyor equipment should be changed, and the feeding quantity should be adjusted to make the equipment run normally.
3. The hammer fragments of the crusher are broken and ageing, the screen holes are closed and broken, and the excessive moisture content of the crushed materials will make the crusher blocked. The broken and severely aged hammers should be updated regularly to keep the crusher in good working condition and check the screen regularly. The moisture content of crushed materials should be less than 15%.
