1.Prepare materials and add bacteria.

2.Material stacking.

3.Adjust the moisture.
The water content of fermentation materials should be controlled at 60-65%. Moisture judgment: grasp a handful of materials tightly, see the watermark but do not drop water at the finger joint, and it is appropriate to scatter when landing. Less water fermentation is slow, more water ventilation is poor, anaerobic bacteria will be produced, and odor will be produced.
4.Starting temperature.
The start-up temperature should be above 15 ℃ (it can be operated in four seasons, not affected by the season, and it is better to ferment indoors or in the greenhouse in winter), and the fermentation temperature should be controlled below 70-75 ℃.
5.Agitating material ventilation of the turner.
The composting and fermentation of organic manure need to consume oxygen, so the oxygen supply measures should be increased in the process of operation. If there is no turner treatment, it will lead to anaerobic fermentation and produce odor, which will affect the effect.
6.Fermentation complete.
Generally, 48 hours after the material is piled up, the temperature rises to 50-60 ℃, and the third day can reach 65 ℃ or above. In this high temperature, it needs to be turned over once. In general, there will be two times of high temperature above 65 ℃ in the fermentation process. Turning the turner twice can complete the fermentation, which can be completed within a week normally. The material was dark brown, and the temperature began to drop to normal temperature, indicating that the fermentation was completed.
