During the operation of the organic fertilizer equipment, some dust is produced more or less. If it is not treated in time, the superior knowledge of the organic fertilizer production line will cause serious dust pollution. The organic fertilizer equipment in the production workshop shall be completely sealed at each feeding point and equipped with exhaust pipes. The odor and dust in the production process shall be ensured to leak out. The dust generated at the feeding point shall be immediately pumped into the bag filter by the induced draft fan, and the dust shall be basically dust-free.

The interior of the bag filter is composed of several bags. The dust is filtered by the bags. The organic fertilizer production equipment can blow the dust on the bags instantly through the synchronous action of the electromagnetic valve and the time relay. The uniformly collected dust is discharged into the mixer through the unloader at the lower end and reused for fertilizer production.

Generally speaking, the organic fertilizer equipment is mainly divided into two parts, fermentation and granulation. The equipment used mainly includes granulator equipment, livestock and poultry feces treatment system, semi wet material grinder, roller extrusion granulator, drying system, etc.
