The importance of organic fertilizer turner is due to its role in composting production:
1. Mixing function in raw material conditioning.
In order to adjust the ratio of carbon to nitrogen, pH value and water content of raw materials, some auxiliary materials must be added. The main raw materials and various auxiliary materials roughly piled together according to the proportion can be mixed evenly according to the windrow turner (or trough compost turner) to achieve the purpose of tempering.
2. Adjust the temperature of raw material pile.
In the operation of the compost turning machine, the raw materials are fully contacted and mixed with the air, which is conducive to the active production of fermentation heat by aerobic microorganisms and the rise of pile temperature. When the temperature is high, the fresh air supplement can reduce the temperature of the reactor. A state of alternating medium temperature, high temperature, medium temperature and high temperature is formed, and various beneficial microorganisms grow and propagate in the suitable temperature range.
3. Improve the permeability of raw material pile.
The turnover system can process the material into small lumps, making the thick and dense material pile become fluffy and elastic, forming appropriate porosity.
4. Adjust the water content of the raw material pile.
The suitable moisture content of the raw material fermentation is around 55%, and the finished organic fertilizer produced by the fertilizer manufacturing process has a moisture standard of less than 20%. During fermentation, the biochemical reaction of the compost turner will generate new water, and the consumption of raw materials by the microorganisms will cause the water to lose its carrier and be released. Therefore, the moisture content is reduced in time with the fertilizer production process. In addition to evaporation formed by heat conduction, the raw material turning of the stock dump turning machine will form a mandatory water vapor emission.
5. Realize the special requirements of compost processing technology.
The material is broken by the compost turner, which gives the material pile a certain shape or realizes the quantitative displacement of the material.
