Organic raw materials: decomposed poultry manure, peat, cake fertilizer, etc.
Inorganic raw materials: potassium sulfate, potassium chloride, urea, ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, monoammonium phosphate, calcium superphosphate, calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, etc.
Auxiliary raw materials: corn straw, rice straw, rice bran, etc.
Extrusion granulator is the key equipment for the production of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer by extrusion granulation process. The common extrusion granulator is flat die granulator and ring die granulator. Taking the flat die granulator fertilizer production line as an example, the processing principle of the flat die granulator is that the raw material is squeezed into the die hole after mixing uniformly, and the raw material is pressed into a cylinder by huge pressure, and is extruded from the bottom of the die hole, and cut into the required length by the cutter installed under the flat-die. The principle of ring die granulator is similar. Both fertilizer granulator adopt extrusion granulator, but ring die granulator can produce more granules through two moulds.
The granular compound fertilizer produced by extrusion granulator is processed by screening and packaging, which is the finished fertilizer.
