As the granulating equipment of NPK fertilizer production process, the roller extrusion granulator plays an important role in the granulation of compound fertilizer raw materials. The whole machine is divided into four parts.
1. Rack part: The whole body of the extrusion granulator is installed and fixed on the rack. The frame of the machine is welded by channel steel, the structure is stable, and the material is resistant to corrosion to extend the service life and meet specific process requirements.
2. Transmission connection part: The motor drives the pulley, V-belt and reducer to make the machine head work. In addition, a sprocket and a chain constitute a transmission chain to be transmitted to the crushing and separating working part. Among them, the transmission reducer and the working part of the head are driven by meshing with nylon pin couplings.
3. Head working part: The transmission wheel is transmitted to the transmission roller shaft through the pin coupling. The synchronous operation of the counter roller is guaranteed by a pair of open gears. There are specific bearings on both sides of the active and passive shafts, which are composed of bearing frames and installed on the frame.
4. Crushing and separation part: The material flows to the crushing chamber at the lower side after being extruded by the roller, and the ball particles and returned materials can be separated by the rotation of the biaxial mace.
