For potash fertilizer, the company's DZJ series dry roller granulation equipment is very suitable for its large-scale processing and production. The company has been committed to granulating powdered fertilizer products for many years, and has mastered mature powder granulation technology in chemical fertilizer, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. Double roller fertilizer granulator have been widely used in industry.
Extrusion granulation process of potash fertilizer
At present, our factory has sold many sets of granular potash fertilizer particle production lines, designed fertilizer manufacturing process for customers, and has a good cooperative relationship with many foreign fertilizer factories. The form of extrusion granulation can be divided into two types: the double roller granulator and flat die granulator. The double roller extrusion is to press into large blocks first and then crush into particles. This device has large capacity, high particle strength and low energy consumption, so the opposite roll extrusion is widely used in the world. And the flat die type, the material is directly extruded into a cylindrical strip in a die plate, and then cut into cylindrical particles. The roller granulation method has a small production scale, a single machine can only reach 3-5 tons / hour, and the granulation strength is limited, and the mold is easily damaged. The cylindrical granules are produced, the fluidity is poor, and the development is slow.
The basic fertilizer production process of the puble roller press granulator is crushing, stirring, granulating, drying, cooling, screening, and packaging. That is, the compressed granules are dried to a proper moisture content, and then the cooling and sieving can enter the packaging process. The unsuitable powder is re-entered into the NPK fertilizer production process, and then granulated and packaged again.
The raw materials for the production of compound fertilizer by extrusion granulation equipment are relatively wide. At present, there are more than 20 kinds of materials that have been successfully used for extrusion granulation: ammonium nitrate, urea, ammonium chloride, calcium nitrate, etc. in nitrogen fertilizer, ammonium phosphate, calcium superphosphate, calcium bicarbonate, phosphate rock powder, etc. in potassium fertilizer, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, etc., and trace elements such as boron, iron, copper, zinc, manganese, etc.
