In the process of producing organic fertilizer, roller granulator requires a certain viscosity of materials. Some raw materials are loose after fermentation and are not easy to granulation. In case of difficulty in granulation, some moisture should be added or adhesive should be added to increase the viscosity of the material.
Double roller press granulator is produced by non drying normal temperature process, which is suitable for granulation of materials with low viscosity or low water content. If the water content of the material is too high, some dry materials can be added appropriately to neutralize the water content. The water content is too low, the water can be added in proper amount, which is convenient for granulation.
When using organic fertilizer machine to granulation production, some correct operation methods can not only avoid unnecessary damage of machine, but also greatly increase working efficiency and delay service life of machine. So what are the precautions for using the roller press granulator?
Start the roller granulator at low speed, start idling, check whether the screw is abnormal and whether the motor current and other instruments have overload, and whether the pressure gauge is normal (the idle time of the machine cannot be too long, the shorter the better). When fertilizer is produced, a small amount of feed is gradually added. When the particles are extruded, the speed can be added in large quantities only when the speed reaches the normal operating speed.
