Double roller press granulator is widely used in compound fertilizer processing, feed production, chemical industry to granulate powder materials. The machine adopts no drying process and produces NPK compound fertilizer at room temperature. It has the following characteristics.
a. It can be processed with a certain proportion of nitrate nitrogen. Nitrate nitrogen has been widely used because of its quick effect, but it has strong hygroscopicity. It will be deliquescent in high temperature and humidity, which makes the granulator unable to produce. There is no temperature rise in the production of roller press granulator, and the product does not need to be heated and dried, so nitrate nitrogen can be added.
b. Ensure the content of water-soluble phosphorus in fertilizer. When superphosphate is used as phosphorus source or urea is mixed with potassium chloride, the liquid phase of the mixture is often increased because of the free acid or the combination reaction in the fertilizer, and the solution is forced to increase calcium, magnesium and phosphorus, so that the water-soluble phosphorus can not reach the target. In the production of roller press granulation process equipment, ammonium phosphate and calcium magnesium phosphorus were added in accordance with the standard, and the content of water-soluble phosphorus in the product was all within the specified indexes.
c. The raw materials are widely. Low concentration NPK fertilizers can use ammonium carbonate, ammonium chloride and ammonium sulfate as nitrogen sources, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus as phosphorus sources. Medium and high concentration NPK fertilizer can use ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride and urea as nitrogen sources, and calcium (heavy calcium), ammonium phosphate, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus as phosphorus sources.
d. Fertilizer nutrients are comprehensive, release uniformly, fragmentation resistance and hardness are up to the standard. Dissolution and diffusion in soil is much slower than that in powder fertilizer. After deep application of granular fertilizer, nitrogen volatilization and loss are reduced, and fertilizer utilization efficiency is improved. The application effect of nitrate nitrogen on economic crops is particularly good. Tobacco, vegetables and cotton are nitrogen-loving crops. The application of nitrate nitrogen can not only improve yield, but also improve quality.
