Production process of 10000 ton organic fertilizer production line:

1. After the strain and fermentation raw materials are mixed and fermented, a pile Turner is used in the fermentation process.

2. After decomposition, the decomposed raw materials are crushed and sieved, and then arrive at the granulation workshop through the elevator.

3. The organic fertilizer is mixed by the raw material premixer and then enters the granulation equipment for granulation.

4. Then, the granular organic fertilizer enters the shot blasting equipment for rounding.

5. The round particles reach the drying drum through the conveyor belt.

6. The dried particles arrive at the cooling drum through the conveyor belt for cooling.

7. The dust generated during the drying and cooling process is dedusted by inducing air into the dedusting equipment.

8. The cooled particles arrive at the dispersion equipment through the conveyor belt.

9. The dispersed organic fertilizer particles arrive at the quantitative packaging equipment for packaging through the conveyor belt to become finished organic fertilizer.
