Common types include chain crushers, semi-wet material crushers, straw crushers, etc. The fertilizer screening machine follows closely, screening crushed raw materials, sorting out those that do not meet the particle size requirements, and then further processing to ensure that the particle size of the raw materials entering the production line meets standards.

Next is the fertilizer mixer, which can uniformly mix various raw materials to ensure the even distribution of N, P, K, and other trace elements.

Then comes the fertilizer granulator, which acts like a plastic surgeon for the fertilizer. After being treated by the granulator, the fertilizer takes on specific shapes and physical characteristics, either round or flat.

Fertilizer drying and cooling machines are also indispensable parts of the production line. The fertilizer dryer can remove excess moisture from the fertilizer granules, prevent the fertilizer from caking, and extend its shelf life. The fertilizer cooler rapidly cools down the high-temperature fertilizer granules, thereby further enhancing their stability.

Finally, the fertilizer coating machine and fertilizer packaging machine perform the final processing on the fertilizer to prevent caking during transportation. Advanced packaging equipment can quickly and accurately package, thereby improving production efficiency.
