Under the conditions of 60~650C temperature and appropriate liquid phase, under the rolling of the powder material and mechanical power, the particles are wrapped layer by layer to form soft particles with a diameter of 2~4mm. Then, the moisture of the material gradually evaporates in the dryer, and the soft particles gradually solidify, forming normal particles with a certain strength.
The liquid phase exceeds the standard, and the powder content is low during the granulation process of the fertilizer granulator. The particles lack a flat and filling powder material during rolling.
