In the process of organic fertilizer machine granulation, water acts as a binder, but in the drying process, the water inside and on the surface of the granule must be driven out, otherwise the fertilizer will easily stick and agglomerate during storage. While dry granulation does not require additional additives, the organic fertilizer extrusion granulator only needs to use the intermolecular force of the material itself, which simplifies the process and reduces energy consumption. The roller press granulator is to granulate the material at room temperature. Compared with other methods, it does not require drying measures such as fuel oil and gas.
The roller granulator of organic fertilizer has no obvious effect on the economic scale of the extrusion granulation device. The device capacity can be designed economically from 1.5 t/h to 5 t/h, so it can be applied to a wide range of capacity. Extrusion granulation has no special requirements for the particle size of raw materials. Compound fertilizer roller extrusion granulator, 3mm-4mm granular materials and fine powder materials can be used. Powder products are better used, and the cost can be reduced by using powder materials.
